Mr. Eubanks has thirty-two years experience in the Banking and Finance industry. He has received numerous Quality Service awards during his career. He has been a key team member in design and implementation of many major software development projects.

PAUL IVONYE
Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President

Mr. Ivonye’s practice areas include Contracts, Real Estate, and Commercial Law.  He performed legal work for some fast growing small businesses. Supported management, sales, business development and managed all outside legal matters. He is negotiating an agricultural extension program between Texas A & M University, The Nigerian Ministry of Agriculture and the Universities of Agriculture in Nigeria.  He served as legal Counsel for West Tabernacle Church of Conroe where he reviewed and amended documents for Bond Issue for construction of new Church, negotiated and drafted

contracts with various contractors and resolved conflicts with contractors. He also served as legal Counsel for Afisco Interests, LLC. Where he negotiated and drafted contracts for the supply of gasoline and sale of Gas stations. He also drafted and negotiated joint venture agreements between a Chinese manufactures and a Nigerian distributors.
